*Important Booking Info*

-When you get to the Booking Calendar, under "Select a Date and Time," click on "Check Next Availability" or choose a specific date. We are booking Magical Santa Experience sessions for FOUR weekends in 2024. November 2nd & 3rd, 9th & 10th, 16th & 17th, and 23rd & 24th. Holiday Magic mini sessions will be offered on Saturday evenings November 9th, 16th and 23rd. If you would like to request another time during the week for the Holiday minis, please contact us directly.

-If you want to include your furry family member, please keep in mind that pets can only join sessions booked on Sundays November 3rd, 10th, 17th or 24th, during the afternoon sessions between 2PM and 5PM.

We're excited to welcome back our two fantastic Santa professionals from last year! Here’s a quick guide to when each Santa will be visiting:

• Santa M: If you saw Santa M with us on November 11th or 12th last year, you can catch him at the Red Barn this year on:

  • November 2nd

  • November 3rd

  • November 9th

  • November 10th

• Santa G: If you met Santa G with us on November 18th or 19th last year, he’ll be with us on:

  • November 16th

  • November 17th

  • November 23rd

  • November 24th

-In order to book your session, you'll pay a deposit of $150. Appointments can be changed or canceled up to one week before your scheduled session.

-Tax at the standard tax rate will be added to the balance that is owed one week before your scheduled session.

-You will be able to enter promo codes during the last step at check-out.

-We have added Venmo as a payment option. Choose "manual payment", check out, then pay the $150 deposit on Venmo @redbarnholidays. You have 10 minutes to make the Venmo payment before your session slot is forfeited.

-You will receive an Instruction Email when you book your appointment that includes our address and other important information.

-Please be aware that the charge on your credit card or bank statement might say "Wix" and may or may not include "Red Barn Holidays"
